OhMyWallet is a non-custodial wallet. We do not store, control, or have access to your private keys, passkeys, seed phrases, or assets.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and assets.
User responsibilities

- Maintaining the security of your device, passkeys, and recovery methods
- Verifying transaction details before approval
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

OhMyWallet does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Any information is for informational purposes only.
Third-party services
The Service may interact with third-party networks, RPC providers, or external services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for illegal activities, sanctions evasion, or to violate applicable laws.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OhMyWallet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of assets, profits, or data.

Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
